How to take out an insurance policy?
- Fill in the proposal form and send it to our office for approval;
- For any further information or if you need assistance for filling in the proposal form, please call us on (230)207-5500 or call in person at one of our offices;
- You may also take an appointment with one of our sales consultant for a personal meeting.
How to fill an insurance claim?
- Fill in the claim form, which can be obtained from one of our branches;
- Attach the medical report, the original receipts, the doctors' bills as well as the detailed receipts.
